Memo for the Record:
Effective 25 September 1967, a contrast has been entered into with
Bladensburg Metals for the destruction of classified aluminum and
zinc plates.
Details of the contract are as follows:
Forty-eight hours notice will be given Bladensburg Metals
by calling Mr. Aaron Teitel, Tel No. 277-0400, and
establishing a time for delivery to them for destruction.
Bladensburg Metals will weigh the metal smelted and make out
a 3-part slip showing Date and amount of metal. They will
keep one copy and give PSD two copi7. PSD will retain one
copy and forward one to 00S, Attn 1026 STAT
Ames Bldg.
Once a month Bladensburg Metals will forward a check payable
to Treasurer of the United States to utps in payment for
the metal Smelted during that month at the rate of:
Per Ib. .0876? for aluminum and
.05000 for zinc.
