SUBJECft Destruction of Plates for logistics Services _Division,
1. On 1 October 1963*'. Vs, Mess, COS, verbally requested
Services Division to arrange for destruction of 24. boxes of highly
afoot printing plates for logistics Services Diviales,
- 2. Mr. Rheas evlained that LIM had been requested to set up this ;date
destruction and that they would make arrangement with the Headquarters Security
Staff Sao surveillance of this operstico.
3. Arrangements were made by as with OL/15D/CD, as per STAT
PEW's uaual procedures for transportation of the material, and with Mrs.
Lippman, GSA, who sets up (Friday), 4 October, as the date of delivery to
Bladensburg Metals for destruction of the plates.
