1. Chief/NBPO called on this date concerning the status of
a $102,000 surge transaction in FY 87 for OL/P&PD. P&PD was
unable to expend these funds and it was agreed that the money
would be spent by OL/FMD on current projects. The payback to
P&PD would come in the form of $102,000 in renovations to the
GJ56 Headquarters area.
2. I reported to C/N8P0 that FMD will repay these funds
through the renovations associated with the backfill program.
I also reported that, according to the current schedule, this
area may not be upgraded until FY 89.
