Hineman Deputy Director, National Foreign Assessment Center FROM: NFAC Federal Women's Program Coordinator SUBJECT: Selection of NFAC Representatives to the Federal Women's ProSfram Board 1. The three NFAC representatives to the Federal Women's Program Board are pleased to inform you that they have selected replacements for the two NFAC representatives who are leaving the board-- at the end of her two-year term, and , who has resigned from CIA. 2. A committee interviewed 10 applicants for the two positions. OSI/NED was selected as the clerical representative and OCR was chosen at the technical/ professional representative. The two women selectedoemonstrated a real interest and considerable knowledge regarding the women's program and its goals. Both are established and highly regarded CIA staff members. The committee believes that they will be worth- while members of the FWPB and effective representatives for NFAC women. 3. We hope that you agree with our choice. If so, please sign the attached memorandum requested by the Agency's Federal Women's Program Manager. We thank you for your cooperation.
