1. The enclosed summary of Weather Reconnaissance Squadron
Provisional (III) operations at - represents the findings,

results and recommendations gained from 1072 hours of flying experience.
A special effort was made not to base our conclusions, findings and/or
recommendations on single experiences but from systematic planned
mission results derived where possible From controlled conditions and
procedures.
2. Since the equipment involved represents the most advanced
developments in this field, and other units will follow, it is hoped
that this summary will help eliminate part of the costly trial and
error mistakes we made and new units are plaqued with.
