1. Attachment A indicates in paragraph 3 the members of
the committee. personally interviewed the
turn-coat prisoners in Korea and the American crews who were
downed by the Communists during the Korean conflict. He also
worked with DOD elements on this problem.
3. Attachment C is a redraft of the Operations Policy
Letter with some minor changes.
Attachment D is the final redraft.
5. The point about the pilot identifying himself as a CIA
civilian has been included in all drafts and has not been previously
a point of controversy.
