To man a detachment having the capability of launching approximately four sorties per week will require approximately 85 personnel. Dej upon whether the detachment is shed at a U. S. Air Force Base 25X1C8a will determine to some extent the proportion of 25X1X7 V S American personnel. If the unit is tnGhed at an,Air Force Base, it should be commanded by a U. S. Air Force Officer and by the same token, if laace1red at should be commanded by . In both cases the No. 2 Military Officer should be from the opposite service. b.
