ONI to be briefed for RAINBOW. Captain Weber of ON! has informed
me that these two people are Coozndr. V. M. Showers and Lt. Comdr.
C. B. Stevenson.
4. 1 also reported that this morning Mr. Bisset approved two
peoples to be approved in NSA and that I would be giving a superficial
