Mr. Bissell approved in princ: c1swing such personnel to enable their studies to get underway. 2. It is requested that you take the necessary action to reun clearance on these individuals and when such clearances are approveu that you furnish the Project Director such infoxvaation. If these clearances come through in driblets instead of as a complete list I suggest that you notify Col. l un ziato or Capt.
