III. RESpONSIBILITX: It will be the responsibility of the Communications Section to follow the instructions outlined herein to ensure the availability of back-up communications during airborne portions of mission alerts, IVY, PROCEDURES: 25X1A2g A. Upo ceipt of a mission alert, the Chief or Deputy Chief, Communications# or the Operator, will prepare a -cable requesting activation of a back up radio eletype circuit a minimum of one hour prior to scheduled mission take--off time; appropriate frequencies for transmission and reception will be included.
