SUBJECT: Outside Telephone Lines--O.P.C.
1. Reference is made to the attached correspondence concerning
the above subject. At that time this office investigated the security
necessity for the direct lines requested by O.P.C. we were advised by
Mr. to hold the whole matter in abeyance until that
office had moved into
2. About ten days ago this office investigated the revised
request from O.P.C. and gave its security approval for a lesser number
of lines than were contained in the attached original requests, which
are now cancelled.
3. The revised requests bearing security approval have been
forwarded to Mr. ~f your office.
