2. I have discussed the contents of this memor-
andum with with the purpose of estab-
lishing the propose pos ions with the Civil Service
Commission at the grades administratively approved.
informed me that the present priorities for
the establishment of CIG positions will not permit con-
sideration of the Training Branch positions until some
time toward the end of February. In the mean time, I
will be in contact with and make every
effort to secure an earlier hearing date. I will keep
you advised of the progress being made.
