1, The Doctrine Development Staff/TRD has been created to assist
the Chief, TRDs, in entering that Ohs, content of all instruction pro.
sented under the auspices of TRD is operationally sound, realistic,
and consonant with the policies and requirements of OSO and OPC.
2. Dl will henceforward review on a routine basis all lesson
folderu, lecture outlines, transcripts, problems, and student study
material in accordance with the procedure set forth in Attachment A.
3. In view of the fact that DDS is, like other elements of TFW,
seriously underataffec1 at present,, this' function will necessarily be
implemented gradually. The Chief, DDS, will consult with the respective
Deputy Chiefs, PRD, as appropriate on problems arising from the existing
capabilities, commitments, and plans of the DDS staff.
