1. The Reading Laboratory currently has a students STAT
each day.
2. The ORR report consisted of ^ individual scores STAT
and a total average for the group. The results have been
compared with the average of three Agency classes.

ORR Average 327 ;Fin-71-.0% Comp. 509 wpm; 83.9% Comp-
Agency Average 318 wpm; 80.0% Comp. 518 wpm; 81.2% Comp.
3. The UTG/A reading improvement classes have been dis-
continued as the result of the new program of accepting students
on a short term basis. We have set up a screening program for
the provisionally cleared personnel which consists of a three-
day testing program and evaluation interviews. Attached is a
memo and data sheet which will be given to each student at the
diagnosis interview.
