1. There have been continued conferences and research
sallies in regard to the Personnel Pool story.

up forms and procedures for the PT evaluation sheets.

GS-7 slot. In view of the fact that she is hoping for the
higher rating I have been "sitting in" on her classes to be
sure that I have an accurate estimate of her work and ability.

On Wednesday I attended staff meeting
with) ~in order to report to that group our estimate
of their recent evaluation sheets.
5. Friday should hold a staff meeting called by
