The fallowing policy decisions will govern the training of such
personnels
1. That such individuals may submit applications for any train
known to be available to the Office of Training for consideration on
its merits and on the basis oft
a. The reemkining tenure of their tour of duty.
b. The period of training involved and the cost of such
training,
e, An analysis of the assignment of the individual within
the Agency.
