Submitted herewith is the report for the week ending 6 August.
1. BIC (I) #12 opened on 3 August with 48 trainees enrolled.
The trainees range in grade from GS-5 to GS-14. The following
Agency Offices are represented: JOT/OTR, 2; ORR, 17; OCD, 13;
FDD, 11; .E/OTR, 1; Off. of Dir., 1; OSI, 1; also, one from
State, and one from Army.
.2. The Reading Improvement Branch currently has 154 trainees
enrolled in 9 training courses.
3. The first Foreign Language Developmental Reading Course
will start on 7 August. Trainees from BIC (I) +12 have been
selected to participate in this program.
