Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2010/02/22 CIA-RDP55-00166A000200040205-2 Director of Training Management Training Division Accomplishments This week, 21 people were enrolled in the Clerical Induction Section; 31 were in Clerical Orientation; and none were in Clerical Refresher courses since this is an interim week in that program. All programs appear to be progressing All members of the Division have been encouraged to enroll for whatever training 25X1 ` I or evening courses appear to be functional to their needs, and 25X1 ii are taking "Contemporary Problems in Inter rst~ in 25X1 T the Graduate School of the Department of Agriculture. will 74 probabl si n up for a management course at the Department of Agr culture, 25X1 and plans to take an office management course at American University. 25X1?is considerin a course in report writing at George Jashington. 25X1 is planned to enroll in the 5 October BIC(I) 25X1 Course. All courses at outside institutions are being taken at the expense of the students themselves. 25X1 beginning next week, will take full responsibility for the Clerical 25X1 ]Refresher programs; will spend the balance of her time in the Clerical Training Branch working on the final draft of the Reference Manual or Secretaries. The first batch of new evaluation sheets from the Clerical Induction Section 25X1, here forwarded to this week. 25X1 and I expect to attend some of the sessions of the Annual Meeting Vf t e American Political Science Association, Hotel Statler, 10 - 12 September. `incidentally he first meeting of the year of the Society for Personnel Administration :::,jpromises to be an extremely interesting one.
