asked whether Security would have any objection to his purchasing
a residence in the Los Angeles area. He explained that his parents
reside in Los Angeles, and he actually would like to purchase a
dwelling as an investment enterprise which his parents would manage
for him. He stated that he is on wuebared f nds, has been eVloyed
by the Agency since 1951, and has established no credit history. He
