It is requested that a loan copy of the Rand report, short title,
1349 (s), sted 15 Auguat 1955, CIA control nunber~ of
9 February 1956, be obtained for this office. It is understood that
the (S) indicates that this report is a supplement to a basic report
that was published on this same subject. The title of the basic report
I do not know, but both the basic report and supplementary report or
reports are desired. Due to the descriptive nature of the long title,
I feel it best that this publication be sent to your office and thence
forwarded here tinder separate cover.
