SUBJECT : Commendation
1. I understand that is being
reassigned from his present Position in the Personnel Assigrsaent
Division/Office of Personnel to a position in the Office of
Training.
2. has served this Project directly as the
Placement Officer and has been instrumental in promptly fulfilling
the pressing personnel assignment problems which have faced the
Project since the summer of 1935. He has at all times responded
immediately to the constantly shifting requirements for Agency
civilian personnel and his professional, experience has enabled
us to secure needed personnel in a minimum period of time.
3. I wish to commend far his efforts on behalf
of Project AQUATONE and request that this memorandum be made a
part of his official personnel file.
