2. Although it would be Convenient to have facilities such as
here been Proposed I feel that modification is not ,justified at
this tMe for the following reasons:
a* ltequiremertt was not generated in time to permit
construction by the deadline date.
be The proposed layout would only be sucoseetnl if the
east door of the hangsr was geeabls. Although the doors can be
opened there is no access from that end of the hangar to the
taxi-wry.
c. The proposed. layout would not perv4t housing of 5
or possibly 6 aircraft.
d. Vaeilities requested appear to he based u ,.,on the
concePt of a static or depot-type operation. Although they are
desirable they do not fulfill the requirar;ents of mobility and
flexibility.
