SUBJECT I Increase F--~ T/O 1 Slot
L Mr. Biasell has approved increasing the T/O for
to unlade a slot for an auto pilot repairman, to be
occupied bj- a civilian.
2. It is requested that you take appropriate action to
show this authorisation an the T/0 and also take action to get
an apprapriatsly trained civilian auto pilot repairman for the
job.
3. As I and rstand it, Detachment A has a low repre-
sentative to aervioe the auto pilots within that Detachment.
From my discussion with Loold~eed saperviaodr at
Watertownm, Loaid:eed does na a amw appropriately trained
persosmsl to go into the detailed adjustment and repair of
this equipment and according]y he read that us get
a Lear employee Mho is familiar with repair of this equipment
for the job.
