1. Reference your memorandum of 27 July with enclosed train-
ing schedule from Watertown, I have prepared a message asking
to comment on a proposed USCM date for Detach-
ment C of the 3rd and 4th week in August with overseas deployment
some time before 15 November.
2. If these suggested dates are acceptable at Waterton, I
suggest that we publish these as tentative dates for the guidance
of all concerned.
3. With the experience of training Detachments A and B
behind us, baring no unforeseen difficulties, Detachment C should
certainly have no trouble making these dates good operations-wise.
