rather fire statement regarding the output from Eastman during the
next week,
2. I am not at all satisfied with the procedures in effect
now which govern distribution of processed material.
In the absence of I have ask to go
into the problem of the handling and distribution of processed
material. I feel that in addition to any deficiencies in the wrstem
at gastaan our instructions and procedures are inadequates

Materiel, Security, and other offices involved in establishing proper
procedures.
