During the period of the organization of this Division, which also includes the problems of introducing relief to the entire operation and a similar program for the Administrative Assistant soon to be appointed, it is anticipated that there will not be much opportunity for the additional training of F STAT STAT 2. has been informed that it is my special STAT interest to promote her well-being and her career develop- ment in every way possible and that she is always at liberty to discuss with me the possibility of undergoing additional training which will be beneficial to her and to the Agency. 3. She also understands that such opportunity for rotation as is available to her in the Agency will be planned for her upon her suggestion. 4.
