SUBJECT: iCS/OSO Briefing of TRD Instructor Personnel
WIt is requested that permission be given
Chief ICS/OSO, to brief in general terms on a monthly
bases THD instructor personnel on worldwide information re-
quirements and the change of emphasis, if any, during the
preceding month.
2. Throughout a tour of duty with TRD as an instructor,
each person is encouraged to retain his area interest and his
language specialty, as well as his operational viewpoint. It
is felt that a monthly briefing by ICS/OSO will assist and
encourage the instructor to so do. It is not intended that
details of a specific subject or area of a sensitive nature
will be discussed.
3. If approved, it is recommended that OSO division
chiefs be invited to attend the ICS/OSO presentations to be
held in the TED auditorium, and that consideration be given
by ADSO to extending the invitation to selected OPC personnel.
