formation on or before Saturday, 31 March 1951:
a. A schedule for both the Investigative Techniques Course
and the Basic Photography Course.
b. A statement as to the method in which each subject is
treated in terms of lecture, demonstration, student participation,
conference, or laboratory work.
c. The training objective clearly defined for each subject;
i.e., what it is expected that the student will learn and take away
by his attendance at these classes.
d. Which subjects indicatee on the schedule t Investi-
gative Techniques Section prepared to ooresent on an advanced
basis and for what period of time.
e. What subjects presently taught by the Investigative Techniques
Section have been pd in terms of subject folders.
