SUBJECT :. WE Division T/O
1. The attached T/O has been reviewed by all necessary staff
and support offices.
2. As you will note the support offices all have made comments
regarding proposed number of positions recommended compared to the
recommendation now in process of being made by the 0 & M survey team.
3. WE Division has not completed necessary rebuttals for the
various Logistics, Personnel and Budget surveys and therefore until
such rebuttals have been reviewed by your staff it is felt that the
comments made on the recommended T/O of this Division by such staffs
should be weighed accordingly,
