1. Mr. John B. Fisher, secretary to Senator Saltonstall,
called personally on this office to express the appreciation of
the Senator's office for the manner in which matters were handled
by representatives of this Agency. e particularly wished to
thank Mr. Pforzheimer and for the "superior service"
rendered on all requests from the Senator's office. He said the
Senator and the lower echelons were all aware of the Agency's
task and wished to support it and were therefore doubly pleased
by the way their requests to the Agency were handled.
