24 ? talked to OSO, about the inquiry from
General McClure's orrice on a roster of officers assigned to OSS
said he had been instructed not to
release lat this time, but had finally located a
roster for 1944. I said I felt the recruitment people had an
interest in such a roster and the effect of its release outside
I so informed
3. Mr. MacLeod of justice said our next move in connection
with Riverside Stadium was to file a declaration of taking and it
was up to GSA to determine the amount we deposited with the
Declaration. He suggested getting in touch with Mr. Moody of GSA.
4.. Mr. Peel agreed that space should be available for the
increase of the General Counsel's office on the third floor, South
Building, either in the room now occupied by the Credit Union or
the one next to it.
