1. Mr. Charles Johnson called regarding the previously promised
memorandum concerning the matter of Mr. Gray deducting, for income
tax purposes, travel expenses to and from Washington, and while in
Washington. I +s e memorandm in draft form and it will
go forward as soon as possi le.
2. The proposed agreement between State., Defense and CIA was
reviewed and discussed with Mr. Crutcher of the State Department.
The only change suggested by CIA was the addition of a termination
date of the agreement which was set at 30 June 1952. The agreement
will be forwarded to Mr. Peel to await receipt of the signature copy
from State.
