1. These is attached proposed revision of CIA Regulation for
your revise and comment. The addition of paragraph C (c) establi s t
policy for payment of per dies in lieu of subsistence for esployees on
t'a;y duty in Washington. This is the result of a Task Force Study.

The only change in this is the inclusion of natives and foreign nationals.
