I an returning to you the file on additional pay
for hazardous duty. You will recall that I asked, in
the 1)3)/Ms staff meeting, for more time to study the
astion of additional pay to military personnel. This
is an intricate and somewhat delicate legal question.
However, we see no reason why the provision for such
pay for staff employees and should not be
published with provision, if any, made for the military
at a later date,
