Y? There is attached a summary of information regarding the
ARC Wings and their possible use by OSO,, for the benefit of all 080
'officers concerned,,.
20 It is the polieay of OSO to utilize ARC Wing facilities to
the possible extent consistent with security and the mission
of OSOQ
3? All Staffs and Di%risians are requested to review and analyze
the peacetime capabilities of these ARC Wings so that OSO mor be in
a position to develop its operational and security requirements on
each Wing as they develop operational potential in each geographic
area*
4o It is requested that these requirements be transmitted to
PLANS Staff, analyzed on a m:nthly basis for the first six months of
1952, as soon as practicable.,
5o Since the ARC Wings are in a developmental stage. some of
the attached information is oubjeot to change, All pertinent changes
will be made available to Staffs Additional informa-v.
