There is attached a summary of information regarding the ARC Wings and their possible use by OSO,, for the benefit of all 080 'officers concerned,,. 20 It is the polieay of OSO to utilize ARC Wing facilities to the possible extent consistent with security and the mission of OSOQ 3?
