by you in the beginning and explicitly.

I cannot recommend too strongly that you specify in
writing to the Director of Training that supervision of the
use of this plane shall be his responsibility, with the pro-
viso that the use of the plane shall be confined to the trans-
portation needs of the TRC, with only one pilot II to
operate -the plane, with only one selected co-pilot if deemed
necessary. Also, the Director of Training should be instructed
STATINTL to post I Iwith the responsibility for taking care of the
plane in respect to supervision of maintenance, etc. Most par-
ticularly it should be directed that under no circumstances
shall this plane be used by any one of our qualified pilots
to put in flying hours.
