R. 2475 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FEBRIIARY 7, 1951 Mr. CLEMENTE introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Com- mittee on the Judiciary A BILL To remove the limitation on the commencement of prosecutions for offenses arising from espionage, and for other purposes. 1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 2 tines of the United States of America in Congress assembl hd, 3 That the analysis of chapter 213 of title 18, United States 4 Code, immediately preceding section 3281 of such title, is 5 amended by inserting immediately after and underneath 6 item 3290 in such analysis, a new item as follows : "3291. 7 Espionage and Censorship". 8 SEC. 2.
