1. Attached you will find Treasury Department's letter
dated 18 November 191i.9 to subject, Treasury Department's Statement
of Income Tax due, subject's letter to CIA dated 2 February 1950,
subject's letter to Mr. dated 2 February 1950, and 3
duplicate copies of subject's 19 W-2 forms from SSU Vouchered
Funds, SSU Special Funds, and CIG Special Funds.
2. Since subject requests that this matter be handled direct
with Bureau of Internal Revenue in Baltimore, Maryland, the enclosed
are forwarded for your action.
3. It is requested that the attached correspondence, the
employees copy of W-2 forms, and a copy of your memo to Bureau of
Internal Revenue be returned to this office for transmittal to
subject.
