Dear Mr. Houston,
Thank you very much for your letter of November
6th. My stay in Washington was limited to two days, but
I did enjoy the opportunity of meeting you and also talking
with Col. White and Mr. Frank Wisner.

to fill out. I am trying to expedite these and will file
them with him as soon as possible, after which I suppose
these matters go through the usual channels.
I have no present plans to be in Washington.
If you do come up to New York, please get in touch with me,
if possible a little in advance, but you might make the try
