is a lawyer who has been recruited for the Paramilitary Staff. He
is in training and has been fully cleared and informed me that he
would like to be considered for a position in the General Counsel's
office. He is a law school graduate of the Columbia University,
but I am unaware of his experience and background. If we are
recruiting, however, he should be considered among others.
