a. On 21 November, C/OS discussed again with Col. Mareydt
and Major Crum the question of OTR's support for the January
USAF course. Col. Mareydt agreed that it would be desirable to
have at least some participation in the January course by the
USAF instructors now taking the current running of the course.

for the 12 December course to tutor the instructors in specific
lectures and presentations, and that the same man would himself
give a great deal of the instruction in the next course. Also,
if necessary, we would provide an additional instructor to give
those lectures which can not be taken care of by the Air Force
personnel. Col. Mareydt will check this plan with Col. Reeder
and give us the final decision this week.
