1. With the complete reports of
#13 for 0 Junior Officer Traineuo La n , it s gratifying to note
that of the total of "superior" grades, I br approximately 25X1
eighty percent, were gain y members of the Program. Thirty percent of
the "excellent" grades were made by this group. There was one "poor."
Since the C/JOTP fared worse at the hands of et al, he 25X1
can take consolation in the fact that there were others in the same leaky
boat with him.

of the JOT Program and pointed out areas in which more information about
candidates would be helpful. Of especial significance in planning for
handling cases of candidates who will be-tested in the field is the need
for as much evidence. as possible for selecting those who are to be brought
to Headquarters for pre-employment medical examinations and interviews.
