Nothing to report.
B. NORMAL ACTIVITIES
1. Nothing has been done on the project to study the requirements
which would be made on various offices if the JOT Program were increased
since 0 has made his report on this subject. C/JOTP has arranged
a meeting with now in charge, in the hope that he can
stimulate action. t is feared that unless these questions can be solved
promptly, we will not be prepared to take the necessary actions during
the winter months when most of the recruiting is done.
