1, Intelligence Principles and Methods No. 11 began 27 February
with 15 enrolled: 7 JOT; 4 ORR; 1 OBI; 1 OCR; 2 NSA, The OBI repre..
sentative is the first employee of that office to take the course.
2. Reading Improvement Course No. 28 began 27 February with 20
enrolled: 10 DD/P; 7 DD/I; 3 DD/S.
3. Cable Reading Course No. 2 began 27 February with 8 enrolled:
7 Cable Secretariat; 1 Cable Branch, Liaison Division, OCR.
4. CWC No. 12 ended last Friday. The course was completed by
24 regular students and two auditors,
5. Mr. fulfilled two engagements as a guest
lecturer this week, On Monday at the Strategic Intelligence School
his subject was "The Pattern of Communist Imperialism." At the
Foreign Service Institute today he gave two lectures: "The Soviet
Weapon of Armed Force" and "The Soviet Weapon of Economic Warfare."

at their meeting 28 February on the results of the Reading Improvement
