are the instructors.
3. The closing address in IPM No. 10 last Friday was delivered by
the Inspector General, Mr. Lyman Kirkpatrick, in the Director's Conference
Room, Administration Building. Mr. Kirkpatrick's frank discussion of the
plans, policies, and problems of the Agency was informative and inspira-

military intelligence..
4. briefed the Training Liaison Officers of the
DD/P at their meeting 3 February on the results of the reading training
programs. They were especially interested to learn that the average DD/P
employee spends slightly more than four hours per day reading, and that

temporary duty in Washington.
