Regional Survey Course on Northeast Asia started on Mon-

field of electronic data processing to TLO, Management Staff. The three-
level program of courses is offered by the Electro Data Corporation of Pasa-
dena, California; actual training will be given in Washington at their govern-
ment operations office.

tive controls for payment of correspondence courses, to avoid the loss to the
Agency when full prepayment is made and the employee elects or neglects to
complete the training. Insofar as practicable, it was agreed that payments
to the employee would be on a reimbursement basis, and evidence of satisfac-
