1. Meetings were held with the following officials on the subjects

interview and screen candidates for the 5th Group. The deadline for
same was 4 January 1956.

C. PERSONNEL NOTES
4. Thirty-six new files were received in JOTP for review.
Three candidates were scheduled for testing, pre-employment medical
examination and interviews; sixteen were scheduled for pre-employment
medical examination and interviews; one w scheduled for testing;
six were rejected; and ten are awaiting action in JOTP.
5. Three candidates for the JOTP were interviewed.
