Field Contract
1. Reference is made to the sample field contract on which
you requested legal advice. The contract appears adequate with the
exception. that it appears advisable to include the following clause:
"Instructions received by you in briefing or training are
a part of this contract and are incorporated herein to the
extent that such instructions are not inconsistent with the
terms hereof."
2. Also, the method of accounting for the quarters allowance,
mentioned in paragraph 2 of the contract, should be spelled out.
3. The instructions to he Agent should cover the limitations
!rich you wish to place on the amounts to be spent for operational
a nd entertainment expenses.
