1. This is in reply to your memorandum of 4 June 1952
providing us with the names of two candidates for use on the
general legal panel. This was in response to our memorandum
of 20 February 1952.
2. We should like to return these names for possible
future reference but at the present time we do not believe .that
either person is completely adequate for our requirements. We
shall be very interested in the names which we indicate may be
expected in the future and appreciate your screening of additional
candidates. We will, of courser notify you immediately if any of
these persons possess the requisite experience and back?ound for
our work.
