SUBJECT: Background of Proposals by Mr. Larry S. Davidow
and Russian War Veterans Association
1. This office appreciates very much your memorandum of
this date, giving the background of proposals by Mr. Larry S.
Davidow of Detroit, Michigan, and the Russian War Veterans
Association. The copies of Mr. Davidow's letters of 12 and 26
February 1951, to Senator Ferguson, are also appreciated.
